Right to return
The customer has the right to return and exchange goods of proper and inadequate quality. The conditions for returning such items differ.
Conditions for the return of proper quality goods
Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the non-food product by the customer, the goods are subject to return and exchange. In this case, the following conditions must be met:
– The product was not in use;
– The consumer properties of the goods are preserved;
– There is evidence of the purchase of goods in our online store.
A good quality product can be returned or exchanged for a similar product of a different size, shape, style, color or configuration, making the necessary recalculation with the seller in the event of a price difference.
Conditions for the return of goods of inadequate quality
The return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out during the period of the warranty established by the manufacturer. The customer may return the goods to the seller subject to the following conditions:
– Availability of a document from a service center authorized by the manufacturer stating that the defect is significant;
– The warranty card and the document confirming the payment have been saved;
– The integrity of the kit is not broken.
Refund process
- To request a refund, you need to contact us by email: [email protected] or by phone: + 1 561 3256183.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your request to expedite the refund process. As a rule, a request is reviewed within two business days. At the same time, we reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases, after notifying the customer in advance. In the notification we will send you the our warehouse shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents securely.
- Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel. Risk of loss belongs to the customer, and only transfer to us once the product is received at the warehouse.
- You must ensure that the packed product complies with the following:
– The product is properly protected;
– The product is still in its original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions and documentation, and in perfect condition;
– All promotional gifts or bundled products that were received together with the product are provided to the seller with the returned product.
We will send the customer a message on his/her email address as soon as the refund has been processed.
Shipping costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. But if the item is being returned for a quality reason, because it is damaged or it does not function properly, please contact us and we will cover the cost of shipping. In this situation, you should send photos of the damage to our email address immediately after receiving the order.
The moment of receiving a refund
The funds are credited to the customer’s account within ten banking days after the returned goods have been delivered to the seller’s warehouse and have been checked for compliance with the return conditions. If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet contact the bank. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
Exceptions
The seller has the right to refuse to return and exchange a non-food product of good quality if it is included in the list of goods that cannot be exchanged and returned.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
